    Cedar Rustic Fence Co. is Chicagoland’s oldest residential fence company. Founded in 1927, Cedar Rustic is a market-leading innovator using only the highest quality material. We design and fabricate our own line of cedar, vinyl, and aluminum fences for both installation and wholesale.

    Fence Service Overview

    Cedar Rustic Fence Co is seeking a self-motivated individual that will join our service department as a repairman. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Evaluating Fence RepairYou will be responsible for inspecting fences and determining what needs to be repaired so we can accurately quote a fence repair or accomplish warranty work.
    • Conduction Fence Repair
      Be responsible for repairing fences. Fence repairs may include replacing or resenting posts, adjusting gates, replacing fence boards or other fence material. Will need to understand how to install and repair vinyl, cedar, aluminum and chain link fences.
    • Communicating with Customer
      Will be responsible for discussing and clarify fence repair or warranty work with our customers.
    Required Skills and Experience:
    1. 1 to 3 years of fence installation/service experience
    2. Must be able to deal with demanding customers and constantly shifting priorities
    3. Should be able to lift over 50 pounds
    4. Must be available to work extended hours and some weekends during busy season
    5. Must have a valid driver’s license, be eligible to work in the US and be fluent in English.
    Flexibility

    Must have a can do attitude and be willing to jump in help out with any task that is needed. Maybe required to assist in other areas of the business during slower times.
